Below are our current openings:

  • Administrative Assistant/Office Manager– This full-time position seeks a self-motivated, articulate and highly organized professional to work in a flexible, fast-paced, non-profit environment.  This individual should have strong administrative skills such as telephone skills, face-to-face client experience, typing, organizing office inventory, attending various meetings, preparing meeting minutes, project management, data entry, tracking organizational data in Excel and providing some fiscal assistance as needed. The primary job location is the Mount Gilead office with some travel between other office locations as required.  This position is not eligible for alternative work arrangements (hybrid/remote) and requires an on-site, in-person presence Monday through Friday.
  • Sexual Assault Response Network and Outreach Coordinator – Delaware and Morrow Counties – This full-time position for the Sexual Assault Response Network (SARN) provides direct service and advocacy to Delaware and Morrow county survivors, as well as supporting sexual assault survivors across our five-county region and focuses on building services and outreach across these two counties.

  • Quality Assurance Specialist – This full-time position is NEW at HelpLine and will be dedicated to building our continuous quality improvement primarily around 988 services provided to Delaware, Morrow, and Union County residents who are in crisis. The position will also strengthen the overall quality assurance process for HelpLine’s other programs and overall agency. Great opportunity to be a part of vital wellness and life-saving services with a dedicated group of helping professionals.
  • Crisis Engagement Coordinator – This full-time licensed professional will provide mental health and/or alcohol and other drug assessment, crisis intervention, and engagement services to a diverse population of clients in a supportive environment via telephone and texting. You will also facilitate appropriate referrals to care and services for consumers requiring ongoing treatment, in addition to working to engage consumers who have not yet chosen to pursue services. 
  • Regional Sexual Assault Response Network & Outreach Coordinator (Part-time)  – This part-time benefit-eligible position for the Sexual Assault Response Network (SARN) focuses on building services and outreach in Union County, providing direct service and advocacy to Union County survivors, as well as supporting sexual assault survivors across our 5 county region. Responsibilities include: providing short and long-term advocacy, building collaboration with other service providers, and overseeing regional outreach efforts to increase survivor access to services and support. This position will also assist with on-call advocacy response.
