- Prevention Services Director – This new position will lead two well-established and long-standing dynamic prevention teams and coordinate our primary prevention efforts in Delaware and Morrow Counties. Our newly created Prevention Department joins our Violence Prevention and Suicide Prevention teams to further strengthen our collaborative primary prevention efforts in our region. The Prevention Services Director will provide strategic oversight to our suicide prevention, sexual and relationship violence prevention and youth-led prevention initiatives reaching K-12 populations as well as adults.
- Sexual Assault and Victim Services Director – This position will oversee our rape crisis services across a 5 county service region (Delaware, Morrow, Crawford, Wyandot, and Union Counties) and lead a dynamic team of advocates. The Sexual Assault and Victim Services (SAVS) Director coordinates, leads, and implements strategic direction for our Sexual Assault Response Network (SARN) program, which provides 24/7 rape crisis services to sexual assault survivors and co-survivors through short/long-term advocacy, support groups/healing workshops, volunteer advocate program, SART (Sexual Assault Response Team) participation and leadership, community outreach, and community training.
- Crisis Engagement Coordinator – This full-time licensed professional will provide mental health and/or alcohol and other drug assessment, crisis intervention, and engagement services to a diverse population of clients in a supportive environment via telephone and texting. You will also facilitate appropriate referrals to care and services for consumers requiring ongoing treatment, in addition to working to engage consumers who have not yet chosen to pursue services.
Regional Sexual Assault Response Network & Outreach Coordinator (Part-time) – This part-time benefit-eligible position for the Sexual Assault Response Network (SARN) focuses on building services and outreach in Union County, providing direct service and advocacy to Union County survivors, as well as supporting sexual assault survivors across our 5 county region. Responsibilities include: providing short and long-term advocacy, building collaboration with other service providers, and overseeing regional outreach efforts to increase survivor access to services and support. This position will also assist with on-call advocacy response.
