- Associate Director – An executive-level leader, who is consumer-focused with a track record of delivering management/supervisory and operational results is what we’re seeking in our Senior Associate Director. This position reports to the Executive Director/CEO and works closely with the Board of Directors to ensure client-centered, culturally appropriate & high-quality services that generate positive outcomes as well as ensure programs directly correlates to community needs.
- Crisis Engagement Supervisor – As a full-time licensed professional, you will assist in providing supervision and leadership to Crisis Engagement Staff, modeling exceptional empathetic direct service to consumers through outreach activities by calling, texting, and other forms of caring contact to CEC referrals. You will provide suicide risk and/or alcohol and other drug assessment, assist consumers in regaining personal control of their lives and find alternatives to suicide. The supervisor will also provide emotional support, crisis management, and de-escalation techniques while identifying treatment options, seeking solutions to treatment barriers, advocating for treatment needs, and providing community resources.
- Crisis Engagement Coordinator – This full-time licensed professional will provide mental health and/or alcohol and other drug assessment, crisis intervention, and engagement services to a diverse population of clients in a supportive environment. You will also facilitate appropriate referrals to care and services for consumers requiring on-going treatment, in addition to working to engage consumers who have not yet chosen to pursue services.
- Crisis Contact Center Manager – Social services professional with strong supervisory/management experience as well as behavioral health to be part of a collaborative team in a growing and stable community-based nonprofit organization that is making a significant impact in the community to promote help, hope, and healing. Manage and support an amazing crisis telephone and texting support services team of compassionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated professionals.
