Thank you for your patience as we addressed a recent delay in processing information and new partner updates submitted through our website intake form.
We experienced a temporary technical glitch that caused a slowdown in reviewing and updating organizational listings in our 211 database. The issue has been fully resolved, and our system has returned to normal operation. Our team is now reviewing the backlog and processing all submissions as quickly as possible.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and the continued partnership of our community providers who help us keep 211 information accurate and up to date. Your updates play a vital role in ensuring individuals and families can connect to the services they need.
