Hotline Specialist
This position provides 24/7 support, connection, and advocacy to individuals navigating crisis, emotional distress, or urgent needs. Serving as the first point of contact for our 2-1-1 / Information & Referral and 988 / Crisis Hotline Programs, you will listen with empathy, assess needs, de-escalate crises, and connect community members to life-saving resources such as shelter, food, behavioral health care, or victim support services.
Development and Grants Manager
This position assists in advancing our general fundraising and development initiatives - with a specific focus on identifying, cultivating, and securing grant funding from private, corporate, and public sources - to sustain our impact in the community.
Sexual Assault Response Network and Outreach Coordinator, Delaware/Morrow/Union Counties
This position provides direct service and advocacy to Delaware and Morrow county survivors, as well as supporting sexual assault survivors across our five-county region and focuses on building services and outreach across these two counties.
Information & Referral (I & R) / Resource Specialist
This position plays a vital role in linking help seekers to critical, basic needs, such as housing, food, utility and rent assistance, crisis and emergency counseling, and more, by ensuring that resources are accurate, dependable, and accessible 24/7.
Crisis Engagement Coordinator 1
This position plays a vital role in assisting individuals referred to our program by conducting caring contact follow-up calls, texts, and emails. In this position, you will help individuals navigate their toughest moments with empathy and support through active listening and de-escalation strategies.
Human Resource Generalist
This is a newly designed position that will touch all aspects of the employee life-cycle while driving continuous improvement across the HR function. This position is afforded ongoing mentoring from a senior HR leader and the opportunity to help position HelpLine as the employer of choice.

Internships
HelpLine fills internship positions year-round with motivated, compassionate students who are interested in gaining experience and exposure to non-profit health and human services. We offer a variety of internships for students with majors in psychology, counseling, marketing, social work, public health and policy.
