Hotline Specialist 1
This position is a skilled crisis intervention and information & referral specialist who will answer a 24/7 crisis hotline and texting services and connect consumers to the right resources like food pantries, shelter, mental heath support and more.
Crisis Engagement Coordinator 1
This position plays a vital role in assisting individuals referred to our program by conducting caring contact follow-up calls, texts, and emails. In this position, you will help individuals navigate their toughest moments with empathy and support through active listening and de-escalation strategies.
Suicide Prevention Educator I
This position plays a vital role in implementing suicide prevention programs in middle schools, high schools, and communities throughout Delaware and Morrow Counties. The ideal candidate is energetic, articulate, and collaborative, with a passion for engaging both youth and adults in meaningful prevention efforts.
Sexual Assault Response Network Volunteer & Training Coordinator
This position focuses on building a volunteer cohort that provides 24/7 rape crisis response to hospitals, law enforcement agencies, and some corrections facilities. Responsibilities include building and maintaining community partnerships and supporting outreach efforts to recruit volunteers.

HelpLine fills internship positions year-round with motivated, compassionate students who are interested in gaining experience and exposure to non-profit health and human services. We offer a variety of internships for students with majors in psychology, counseling, marketing, social work, public health and policy.
