Development Director

We’re looking for a strategic, relationship-driven Development Director to expand HelpLine’s philanthropic impact by cultivating meaningful relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, and community supporters. This position leads donor engagement, stewardship, and fundraising initiatives that strengthen long-term sustainability while helping ensure HelpLine can continue serving individuals and families throughout our communities.

Sexual Assault Response Network (SARN) Advocate & Outreach Coordinator

We’re looking for a compassionate, organized, and community-focused Sexual Assault Response Network (SARN) Advocate & Outreach Coordinator to provide trauma-informed advocacy to survivors while building community partnerships and expanding access to SARN services across our five-county service region.

Community Engagement Coordinator

We’re looking for an energetic, organized, and relationship-focused Community Engagement Coordinator – Volunteer Resources to strengthen volunteerism throughout Delaware County by connecting individuals with meaningful opportunities to serve. This position coordinates community volunteer initiatives, builds partnerships with local nonprofits, and creates engaging volunteer experiences that inspire people – particularly adults ages 55 and better – to make a lasting impact in the community.

Sexual Assault Response Network (SARN) Regional Engagement Facilitator

We’re seeking a collaborative, organized, and relationship-focused Sexual Assault Response Network (SARN) Regional Engagement Facilitator to strengthen coordinated community responses to sexual violence across our five-county service region. This position leads regional collaboration efforts, coordinates Sexual Assault Response Teams (SARTs), facilitates community education and outreach, and helps ensure survivors have access to trauma-informed, victim-centered services through strong partnerships and coordinated systems of care.

Youth Engagement Coordinator

We’re looking for an energetic, collaborative, and community-focused Youth Engagement Coordinator to lead youth leadership initiatives and deliver evidence-based prevention education throughout Delaware and Morrow Counties. This position works directly with youth, schools, and community partners to promote healthy relationships, violence prevention, suicide prevention, and overall youth wellbeing while empowering young people to become leaders in their communities.

Hotline Specialist

We're looking for a Hotline Specialist to provide 24/7 support, connection, and advocacy to individuals navigating crisis, emotional distress, or urgent needs. Serving as the first point of contact for our 211, Information & Referral and 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, you will listen with empathy, assess needs, de-escalate crises, and connect community members to life-saving resources such as shelter, food, behavioral health care, or victim support services.

Internships

HelpLine fills internship positions year-round with motivated, compassionate students who are interested in gaining experience and exposure to non-profit health and human services. We offer a variety of internships for students with majors in psychology, counseling, marketing, social work, public health and policy.
