Sexual Assault Response Network Volunteer & Training Coordinator
This position for the Sexual Assault Response Network (SARN) focuses on building a volunteer cohort that provides 24/7 rape crisis response to hospitals, law enforcement agencies, and some corrections facilities. Responsibilities include building and maintaining community partnerships and supporting outreach efforts to recruit volunteers. This position also coordinates and implements community awareness-raising events, trainings, and volunteer continuing education.
Hotline Specialist
This position is passionate about helping people in their most critical moments. As a Hotline Specialist with HelpLine, you will provide 24/7 support, connection, and advocacy to individuals navigating crisis, emotional distress, or urgent needs. Serving as the first point of contact for our 211 Information & Referral, 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, and other crisis hotlines; you will listen with empathy, assess needs, de-escalate crises, and connect community members to life-saving resources such as shelter, food, behavioral health care, or victim support services
Sexual Assault Response Network Advocate and Outreach Coordinator
This full-time, 40-hour, non-exempt position for the Sexual Assault Response Network (SARN) program provides direct service and advocacy to survivors in our service areas of Delaware, Morrow, Wyandot, Crawford, and Union counties and focuses on building services and outreach across these counties. Responsibilities include providing short and long-term advocacy, building collaboration with other service providers, and attending regional outreach efforts to increase survivor access to services and support.
Crisis Engagement Coordinator 1
This position plays a vital role in assisting individuals referred to our program by conducting caring contact follow-up calls, texts, and emails. In this position, you will help individuals navigate their toughest moments with empathy and support through active listening and de-escalation strategies.

HelpLine fills internship positions year-round with motivated, compassionate students who are interested in gaining experience and exposure to non-profit health and human services. We offer a variety of internships for students with majors in psychology, counseling, marketing, social work, public health and policy.
