Hotline Specialist 1

This position is a skilled crisis intervention and information & referral specialist that answers our 24/7 crisis hotline and texting service to connect consumers with the right resources, like food pantries, shelters, mental health support and more.  We answer 10+ lines and 1,000-2,000 calls/texts monthly. Our skilled team is ready to provide empathetic and non-judgmental support to give people the tools they need to move forward during times of crisis.
