Delaware County Youth-Led Council (DC-YLC)
HelpLine launched a youth-led council for Delaware County high school students grades 9 through 12 during the fall of the 2024-2025 school year. While we are no longer recruiting for this school year, please check back to join us next year.
What is a Youth-Led Council?
Youth-Led Councils are a place for students to come together, discuss issues that they see in their schools, and work to create solutions for a better, safer, and healthier community. Council members determine project topics, which could include mental health awareness, substance abuse prevention, teen dating violence awareness, or even environmental or sustainability projects.
