Delaware County Youth Leadership Council (DC-YLC)

HelpLine is launching a youth-led council for Delaware County high school students grades 9 through 12 for the 2024-2025 school year. We are looking for students who are CURIOUS, CREATIVE, and COLLABORATIVE to join us in making a difference.

What is a Youth-Led Council?

Youth-Led Councils are a place for students to come together, discuss issues that they see in their schools, and work to create solutions for a better, safer, and healthier community. Council members determine project topics, which could include mental health awareness, substance abuse prevention, teen dating violence awareness, or even environmental or sustainability projects.
