Delaware County Youth Leadership Council Ice Cream Social

Join us and learn more about the Delaware County Youth Leadership Council (DC-YLC) and meet other interested students from across the county at our Ice Cream Social, Sunday, Sept. 15, 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Location will be provided upon registration.
