April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month
This April, HelpLine Sexual Assault Response Network (SARN) and Prevention Departments will bring attention to the widespread issue of sexual violence and empower communities to act as a part of its annual SAAM campaign. This year’s theme, “Together We Act, United We Change,” highlights the power of working together to create safer, more respectful environments for all. Central to the campaign is the importance of amplifying the voices of survivors, especially those most vulnerable in our communities. Uplifting and acknowledging survivor experiences will guide in our efforts to combat sexual violence in all its forms.
