Crisis Engagement Coordinator 1
This position plays a vital role in assisting individuals referred to our program by conducting caring contact follow-up calls, texts, and emails. In this position, you will help individuals navigate their toughest moments with empathy and support through active listening and de-escalation strategies.
Human Resource Generalist
This is a newly designed position that will touch all aspects of the employee life-cycle while driving continuous improvement across the HR function. This position is afforded ongoing mentoring from a senior HR leader and the opportunity to help position HelpLine as the employer of choice.

Internships
HelpLine fills internship positions year-round with motivated, compassionate students who are interested in gaining experience and exposure to non-profit health and human services. We offer a variety of internships for students with majors in psychology, counseling, marketing, social work, public health and policy.
