This position is a skilled crisis intervention and information & referral specialist who will answer a 24/7 crisis hotline and texting services and connect consumers to the right resources like food pantries, shelter, mental heath support and more.

Internships

HelpLine fills internship positions year-round with motivated, compassionate students who are interested in gaining experience and exposure to non-profit health and human services. We offer a variety of internships for students with majors in psychology, counseling, marketing, social work, public health and policy.
