Sexual Assault Response Network Regional Engagement Facilitator

We’re looking for a collaborative, organized, and relationship-focused Sexual Assault Response Network (SARN) Regional Engagement Facilitator to strengthen coordinated community responses to sexual violence across our five-county service region. This position leads regional collaboration efforts, coordinates Sexual Assault Response Teams (SARTs), facilitates community education and outreach, and helps ensure survivors have access to trauma-informed, victim-centered services through strong partnerships and coordinated systems of care.

As our Regional Engagement Facilitator, you’ll play a key role in strengthening regional collaboration and expanded survivor-centered services by:

• Leading and coordinating SARTs throughout the five-county region of Delaware, Morrow, Crawford, Wyandot and Union counties.
• Building and maintaining partnerships with law enforcement, healthcare providers, victim service organizations, and other community stakeholders.
• Managing SART protocols, Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), and ongoing evaluation efforts to support best practices.
• Facilitating the North Central Crim Victims Regional Group and supporting regional collaboration.

This full-time, hybrid-eligible position is primarily based in Delaware with regular travel throughout Delaware, Morrow, Crawford, Wyandot, and Union counties.
