Connections, a program of HelpLine, is the centralized hub for volunteering in Delaware County, Ohio. The center coordinates the referral and placement of volunteers for more than 70 different agencies who offer hundreds of ongoing and special event opportunities to contribute to a healthy Delaware County community.
