HelpLine would like to recognize the Delaware County Foundation. The mission of the Foundation is strengthening our communities by connecting people through charitable giving. Established in 1995 and currently managing 9.2 million dollars for charitable purposes, the Foundation seeks to address growing needs in order to improve the quality of life in Delaware County. Thanks to a grant from the Foundation to HelpLine, this past winter, 60 individuals, 44 adults and 16 children, received emergency shelter.
