Our team is working hard
Rest assured that our team at HelpLine is continuing to work hard to provide you with compassionate and consistent support.
The recent Stay at Home Order issued by Ohio Department of Health exempts essential services. As a result, we will to continue to ensure we are there for you 24/7 to reassure, problem solve, deescalate crisis, give hope and link you to the services you need.
In response to this rapidly evolving situation, we have taken all necessary precautions to protect the health and safety of our team, volunteers and community members including:
- Providing access to emergency assistance for customers in a low-touch environment (by appointment only) maintaining the standards around social distancing per the Ohio Dept of Health.
- Implementing teleworking for team members to work from home.
- Activating our crisis team to monitor federal, state and local health district for guidance.
- Launching the HelpLine COVID-19 webpage to keep the community aware of local resources including food pantries, mental health and crisis resources, and COVID-19 tips and checklists.
The health and safety of our team, volunteers and community members is at the center of everything we do. During these uncertain times, we remain committed to being your go-to.

Stay safe and well,
Susan Hanson
