At HelpLine we believe change happens when people are connected to knowledge, support, and resources. Please join us as we come together to share and mark another successful year of Connecting People in Moments that Matter. HelpLine will be recognizing the Delaware Police Department and the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office with the Katherine Gharrity Community Service Award for the many ways they assist HelpLine in making an impact in the communities we serve.
