Position Available – Senior Leadership Coordinator
Connections Volunteer Center seeking energetic, creative, committed individual to coordinate services offered to volunteers in Delaware County with strong emphasis on engaging older adults. Responsibilities include recruiting and matching volunteers to local nonprofit agencies; Building and maintaining relationships with older adults and agency partners; Assisting in coordination of days of service; Attendance to senior group meetings; Maintaining documentation and reporting; Developing newsletter, press releases, and news articles; 32-36 hours/week; Occasional weekend work required; Transportation required. Qualifications: Bachelors degree preferred; two years experience working in volunteer management; excellent skills in community networking/engagement a must; good organizational and presentation skills; working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
