HelpLine updates and maintains the resource directory database to link people in need with available services in and around Delaware & Morrow Counties. The directory contains over 1000 community and government programs in the areas of human services, health, education, civic, and other organizations with detailed information on eligibility, contact information, requested documentation and fees.
In addition to helping individuals and families, the database can help human service professionals find out about services, obtain contact information, and better assist their clients to get what they need.

How to Use the Database
The on-line database can be searched by keyword and keywords are alphabetized. After choosing a keyword that corresponds with the need, the database will provide a list of one or more resources. Upon clicking on a resource, more detailed information will be provided including phone number, agency name, mailing address, telephone numbers, hours and days of operation, and other miscellaneous information.

Inclusion Criteria
The Resource Directory is intended as a compilation of organizations and individuals available to assist Delaware and Morrow County residents. It is updated annually.
