Connections Volunteer Center
Connections is the central clearinghouse for volunteering in Delaware County. Connections provides the leadership, training, education and resources that support volunteers as they improve the quality of life in the Delaware community.
To guide the delivery of our mission, we have adopted the four core competencies for volunteer centers established by the Points of Light Foundation and Volunteer Center National Network:
- Connect people with an opportunity to serve.
- Build the capacity for effective local volunteering.
- Promote volunteering.
- Participate in strategic initiatives that mobilize volunteers.
